Dennis Lan is the founding attorney at Lan Law, P.C. Mr. Lan started his legal career in 2001 and has extensive experience in real estate, secured financing, immigration, and litigation.

Before Mr. Lan became an attorney, he was a CPA with years of practical experience in financial statement preparation, internal auditing, and corporate financial system setup. He uses his knowledge and experience in accounting and tax to assist clients with a wider spectrum of legal analysis.

Ms. Tan has dedicated herself to a variety of legal practices, including real estate transactions, secured financing, business transactions, commercial leases, corporation formation, estate planning, etc. She specializes in the purchasing and sale of single and multifamily residential houses, condominiums, cooperatives, and commercial properties. She has represented lenders and borrowers in complex commercial and investment financing and refinancing. She assists numerous clients with acquiring and selling businesses, forming new corporations, and negotiating commercial leases. Ms. Tan is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law and she is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

Xia Liu, Esq. is an Associate Attorney specializing in immigration law, including family-based immigration petitions (e.g., marriage green card, family preference green card, etc.), employment-based petitions (e.g., L-1, H-1B, EB-1/EB-2/EB-3, NIW, O-1, etc.), naturalization, and non-immigrant visa petitions. She also specializes in commercial transactions, real estate transactions, and loan document preparation.

Before joining Lan Law, P.C., she worked as an Immigration Associate Attorney in a boutique law firm in New York, and as a Litigation Associate Attorney in a litigation law firm in New York.

Xia Liu, Esq. is an expert in the immigration field. She is a consultant to help her clients discover the most suitable immigration options. She has helped people from all walks of life, including recent university graduates, accountants/auditors, civil engineers, software engineers, financial analysts, artists, influencers, doctors, airline pilots, entrepreneurs, business owners, restaurant owners, CEOs, chemists, etc. As a foreign national herself in the U.S., Xia also has personal experience going through the visa application process and understands the difficulties and obstacles foreign nationals face with. As a result of her experience helping hundreds of foreign national graduates, Xia had the opportunity to perfect her expertise in immigration and gained a more in-depth understanding of the needs of immigrants and non-immigrants.
